A general template. Ahmad has not published terms of their own yet, so this standard text from My Property Pages is shown instead. It describes how this page works. It is not legal advice, and Ahmad is responsible for checking that it fits their business and the rules where they work.
The descriptions, prices, measurements and availability on these pages are given in good faith by Ahmad and can change. They are a guide, not an offer and not a contract. Please check anything you are relying on before you commit money.
They show the property at the time they were taken. Furniture, fittings and staging are not necessarily included.
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property and does not create an agreement. It asks Ahmad to contact you.
Any fee or commission is agreed between you and Ahmad directly. Nothing on these pages creates a fee on its own.
Reviews are sent in through the form on Ahmad’s page and appear after Ahmad approves them.
These pages are published by Ahmad using My Property Pages, which hosts them and is not a party to anything agreed between you and Ahmad. Links to other websites are there for convenience; Ahmad is not responsible for what they contain.
