It is not legal advice, and Amit Tripathi is responsible for checking that it fits their business and the rules where they work.
The descriptions, prices, measurements and availability on these pages are given in good faith by Amit Tripathi and can change. They are a guide, not an offer and not a contract. Please check anything you are relying on before you commit money.
They show the property at the time they were taken. Furniture, fittings and staging are not necessarily included.
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property and does not create an agreement. It asks Amit Tripathi to contact you.
Any fee or commission is agreed between you and Amit Tripathi directly. Nothing on these pages creates a fee on its own.
Reviews are sent in through the form on Amit Tripathi’s page and appear after Amit Tripathi approves them.
