Privacy policy

A general template. AMAN SHARMA has not published a privacy policy of their own yet, so this standard text from My Property Pages is shown instead. It describes how this page works. It is not legal advice, and AMAN SHARMA is responsible for checking that it fits their business and the rules where they work.

Who is responsible

AMAN SHARMA decides what happens with the details you send through this page and is responsible for them. My Property Pages provides the page and stores your enquiry for AMAN SHARMA, on their instructions; it does not use your details for anything of its own.

What is collected

• When you enquire: your name and your phone or WhatsApp number; your email address and your message, if you give them; which property or page you asked about; and the campaign tag on the link you followed, if it had one.
• When you ask AMAN SHARMA to sell or let your property: the property details, address, asking price and photos you add to that form.
• When you leave a review: your name, your rating and what you wrote. It is published only if AMAN SHARMA approves it.
• When you visit: the page counts visits. To avoid counting the same visitor twice it turns your internet address and browser type into a short scrambled code; no cookie is set for this. The web server also keeps ordinary logs (internet address, browser, pages requested) for security.

If you type your name and number before opening a WhatsApp chat, your browser remembers them on your own device so that you are not asked twice.

What it is used for

To answer you: to call or message you about the property you asked about and to suggest similar ones. AMAN SHARMA may also use automatic messages — an acknowledgement, a reminder, a check-in — sent by WhatsApp or email through My Property Pages.

Stopping automatic messages

Reply STOP to any automatic WhatsApp message, or use the Stop link at the foot of any automatic email, and nothing automatic will be sent to you again. AMAN SHARMA can still contact you personally if you asked them to.

Who can see your details

AMAN SHARMA and the team members they have added. Your enquiry is never sold and is not passed to other agents. To deliver a message, My Property Pages uses service providers — WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, and an email provider — and they handle the message and your number or address for that purpose only. Enquiries are encrypted where they are stored.

Cookies

Essential cookies make the page work. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and follow the choice you make in the cookie bar. The full list is in the cookie policy, and you can change your choice at any time: open Cookie settings.

How long it is kept

For as long as AMAN SHARMA is dealing with your enquiry, and afterwards for as long as their records require. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask AMAN SHARMA for a copy of the details they hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them.

You can reach AMAN SHARMA through the call and message buttons on AMAN SHARMA’s page.

If that does not settle it, write to My Property Pages at mypropertypages.com/contact and the request will be passed to AMAN SHARMA.

This page is hosted by My Property Pages, which stores enquiries for AMAN SHARMA and on their instructions. Its own notice is at mypropertypages.com/privacy.
