Sell your property for 0.80%
Hand it to an agent who actually works your area. You get the valuation, the photographs and a page of its own — and you pay nothing at all until it sells.
What owners say about the agents here

Sold our flat in 2 weeks at a price better than we hoped. Handled everything — papers, visits, negotiation.
Gurjeet sold our Zirakpur house in 3 weeks at full asking price. The video he made brought in more visits in one weekend than the portal did in a month.

Questions owners ask
What is the commission to sell a property?
0.80% of the final sale price, payable only when the sale completes. On a ₹1 crore sale that is ₹80,000. There is no listing fee, no charge for photography and no lock-in — an agent may quote their own rate, and it is printed on their page before you send anything.
Do I pay anything to list it?
No. The valuation, the photographs and the property page cost nothing. The brokerage is due only if and when the property actually sells.
Who sees my details?
The agent you choose, and nobody else. Details are never pooled between agents, never sold on and never passed to a call centre.
Can I rent it out instead of selling?
Yes — choose Rent on the form. Tenants are screened before they see the place and the agreement is drawn up properly.
What if I already have an agent?
Then send them your property page link instead. Any agent on My Property Pages can put your property online in a few minutes, and you can see their rate on their own page.
This form sits on every agent page and agency website built here — with your rate on it, and the enquiry landing in your inbox already valued at your brokerage.
