Terms of service

Last updated: 21 August 2026. By creating an account on mypropertypages.com you agree to these terms. The service is operated by PropVid; a PropVid account may be used to log in here.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for team members you add. You must be a real-estate professional or acting for one.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, documents and text you upload and grant us a licence to host and display them on your pages. You confirm you have the right to publish them, that listings are genuine and accurately described, that prices and approvals are not misleading, and that you comply with RERA and local advertising rules. Reviews on your page must come from real clients via the review form; writing your own reviews is prohibited.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; no scraping, spam or abuse of the lead bot; no code on pages that collects buyer data without disclosure. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

Free accounts include 4 property pages. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year through Razorpay until cancelled from the dashboard; prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. Limits (pages, team members) are enforced as described on the pricing page. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Leads

Enquiries submitted on your pages are delivered to you. We do not guarantee any volume or quality of enquiries; outcomes depend on your listings, pricing and marketing.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for deals lost, indirect losses or content published by agents.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of unused paid time where the breach is not serious.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Chandigarh have jurisdiction.
