What is My Property Pages?
A lead platform for real-estate agents. Every property you list gets its own mobile-friendly page with photos, details, brochure and an enquiry form; you get an agent profile page that lists all of them; and every enquiry lands in your inbox and as a push notification on your phone.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 4 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. The Pages plan (₹599/month) adds 20 properties, Sold/Rented badges, the lead bot, 3 team logins, the mini CRM and ad tracking.
Where do my leads go?
To your leads inbox on the dashboard and as a push notification. Each lead shows the buyer's name, phone, message and which ad or link they came from, with one-tap Call, WhatsApp and Email buttons. Leads are never pooled or resold.
Can I run Instagram and Facebook ads to my pages?
That is exactly what they are built for. Point your ad at the property page link, add your Meta Pixel or Google Analytics ID in the dashboard, and a Lead event fires automatically when someone submits the enquiry form — so the ad platform learns which people become enquiries.
Can my salespeople use it too?
On the Pages plan you can add up to 3 team members (10 on Premium). They get their own login, see the leads assigned to them, update the pipeline stage, add notes and can add properties — but cannot delete pages or change billing.
What does the lead bot do?
When a buyer enquires and leaves an email, the bot replies instantly in your words, then follows up on day 1 and day 3 until you mark the lead contacted. It also reminds you by push if a lead has waited 24 hours.
Do I need a website or technical skills?
No. Create an account, add a property with photos and details, and the page is live with its own link in about two minutes. No domain, hosting or coding.
Is my data private?
Pages and enquiries are served over encrypted HTTPS, account credentials are encrypted at rest, there are no third-party ad trackers on your pages unless you add your own, and you can delete a page, a lead or your whole account at any time.
I already use PropVid Premium. Do I pay again?
No. Log in here with the same email and password — PropVid Premium includes everything on My Property Pages, with unlimited property pages and 10 team logins.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Point a subdomain you own (for example properties.youragency.com) at us with one DNS record and your agent profile and property pages are served from your own address, with an HTTPS certificate issued automatically.
What is the owner report?
An Agency feature: a private link you share with the seller of a property showing live views, enquiry counts and what stage each enquiry is at. Buyer names and numbers are masked, so the seller sees the activity without getting your lead list.
