How it works
Add the photos and details
Price, location, rooms, what makes it worth seeing. The same things you would tell a buyer on the phone.
Pick a template
18 finished designs, each a different kind of page. Open the samples below and choose the one that suits the property.
Share one link
Put it in your advert, your WhatsApp status or on a board outside. Buyers who are interested contact you directly.
18 templates, 18 different pages
These are not one layout in different colours. Each opens differently, reads differently and suits a different kind of property. Every sample below is a working page.

A full-screen photograph, a serif headline and the price over it. For houses and villas that sell on first sight.

Only your property
No agent profile, no "similar listings", nothing that sends the buyer somewhere else.
Every photograph, full screen
Buyers tap any picture to open it large and swipe through the rest.
WhatsApp and call buttons
On a phone they stay at the bottom of the screen the whole way down the page.
An enquiry form
For buyers who would rather leave a name and number than call.
A map and a video tour
The neighbourhood on a map, and your walk-through video if you have filmed one.
"By owner" stated plainly
Buyers see at once that they are dealing with the owner and that there is no brokerage.

Questions owners ask
What is a Single Property page?
One web page for one property, with its own link, made for an owner who is selling or letting it themselves. It carries the photographs, the price, the details and a direct line to you. There is no agent on it and no other properties beside yours.
How much does it cost?
$19 per property, paid once. That keeps the page live for 90 days. If the property has not sold by then you can renew for the same price. The price is ₹999 in India and $19 everywhere else.
Do you take a commission when it sells?
No. You pay for the page and nothing else. Buyers contact you directly and whatever you agree with them is between the two of you.
Can I use the page in my adverts?
Yes, that is what it is for. The page has its own link, so you can put it in a Facebook or Instagram advert, a Google advert, a WhatsApp status or on a printed board with a QR code.
How do I get one?
Create an account, fill in the property, add your photographs and choose a design. You can save it and preview it as often as you like. You pay only when you press Publish, and the page is live straight away.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, and it is included. Buy a domain from any registrar, for example the address of the house, and connect it from your page. Buyers then see the page at your domain instead of ours. The domain itself is yours and is paid to the registrar.
Can I change the design later?
Yes, at any time, before or after publishing. The same property can be shown in any of the designs without re-entering anything.
I am an agent. Is this for me?
No, this is for owners with one property to sell. Agents get property pages, a profile and a leads inbox on the regular plans, starting free.
