About Demo Realtors
Homes across Nairobi, sold with care since 2016
Demo Realtors is a sample firm, shown so you can see the website that comes with the Agency plan. We sell and let homes across Kilimani, Westlands, Lavington and Karen the slow way: we visit every property we list, price it honestly, and show it to the right people rather than to everyone. Enquiries reach the agent handling the property, not a call centre.
Four steps, and you always know which one you are on
Budget, area, what the place has to do for you. Ten minutes here saves a month of viewings that were never going to work.
Three or four we would show a friend, with the drawbacks named up front.
Grouped by area, arranged around your week, and we come with you.
Price, finance, the legal work and handover — we stay on it until the keys change hands.
