Question 1

Do you charge a fee, and when?

Accepted Answer

Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act, and it is never taken out of a deal you have not agreed. Ask us up front and you will get a straight number.

Question 2

Can I see a property this week?

Accepted Answer

Usually yes. Tell us which ones and when you are free, and we group the viewings by area so you are not driving back and forth across Nairobi.

Question 3

Is the price negotiable?

Accepted Answer

Often, and we will tell you honestly how much room there is rather than letting you find out by making an offer that offends the seller.

Question 4

Do you help with the finance and the legal side?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can point you to lenders and lawyers who actually move quickly, and we stay on the paperwork from the accepted offer through to completion and handover.

Question 5

Will my details be shared with other agents?

Accepted Answer

No. Your enquiry reaches Demo Realtors and nobody else. It is never pooled and never resold.
