Demo Property Co is a sample agency, shown so you can see the website that comes with the Agency plan. We sell and lease homes across Brunswick, Fitzroy, Northcote and Kew the slow way: we walk through every property we list, price it honestly, and show it to the right buyers rather than to everyone.
Four things we do that a portal listing never will.
A shortlist built from what you actually need, and an honest read on every price.
7Homes available nowPhotography, a page of its own, and the enquiry going straight to the agent handling it.

100%Visited by usWhich block floods, which builder finishes late, what the neighbours paid last year.
5Areas coveredWe went through four homes in one Saturday, grouped by suburb, and Tom told us which one to walk away from before we asked. Bought the second before auction. Settled in sixty days.
Sold our Brunswick house at auction after a three-week campaign. The listing page had proper photographs and every enquiry came to us the same hour, not through a call centre.

Land purchase out in Sunbury. They had the title and the planning overlays in front of us before we paid a dollar. Took a little longer than promised, but nothing was hidden.
A shortlist built from what you actually need, viewings around your week, and an honest read on every price.
Photography, a page of its own for the property, and the enquiry going straight to the agent handling it.
Tenants referenced before they view, the tenancy drawn up properly, and the meter readings written down at handover.
Rent collection, repairs and inspections, with a statement you can actually read.
A campaign with a date on it: the price guide set honestly, buyers qualified beforehand, and no surprises on the day.
What the market will pay this quarter, evidenced by what has actually sold nearby.
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act, and it is never taken out of a deal you have not agreed. Ask us up front and you will get a straight number.
Usually yes. Tell us which ones and when you are free, and we group the viewings by area so you are not driving back and forth across Melbourne.
Often, and we will tell you honestly how much room there is rather than letting you find out by making an offer that offends the seller.
Yes. We can point you to lenders and lawyers who actually move quickly, and we stay on the paperwork from the accepted offer through to completion and handover.
