Omar has sold and leased homes in Dubai since 2015, from first apartments in the Marina to family villas in Dubai Hills. He views every property before it goes on his books, prices it against what actually transferred in the building, and tells you about the service charges before you ask.

Buying from London, mostly on video calls. Every viewing was filmed properly and the numbers we were sent matched the numbers on the day of transfer.

Office lease in Business Bay. The fit-out and the parking were exactly as described. Took a few days longer than promised, but nothing was hidden.
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act, and it is never taken out of a deal you have not agreed. Ask us up front and you will get a straight number.
