5Areas coveredDemo Properties is a sample firm, shown so you can see the website that comes with the Agency plan. We sell and lease homes across Dubai Marina, Downtown, the Palm and Dubai Hills the slow way: we view every property we list, price it against real transfers, and show it to the right buyers rather than to everyone.
Budget, area, what the place has to do for you. Ten minutes here saves a month of viewings that were never going to work.
Three or four we would show a friend, with the drawbacks named up front, so you are not sifting through everything on the market.
Grouped by area, arranged around your week, and we come with you — including the ones we end up telling you to walk away from.
Negotiation, the offer, the finance, the legal work and handover — we stay on it until the keys change hands.
We viewed five apartments in the Marina in one afternoon and Omar told us which two had the high service charges before we asked. Bought the third. Transfer done inside a month.
Buying from London, mostly on video calls. Every viewing was filmed properly and the numbers we were sent matched the numbers on the day of transfer.
Honest about the drawbacks: the villa we liked in the Ranches backed onto the road and he said so. We leased a different one through him and have had no surprises since.
Office lease in Business Bay. The fit-out and the parking were exactly as described. Took a few days longer than promised, but nothing was hidden.
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act, and it is never taken out of a deal you have not agreed. Ask us up front and you will get a straight number.
Usually yes. Tell us which ones and when you are free, and we group the viewings by area so you are not driving back and forth across Dubai.
Often, and we will tell you honestly how much room there is rather than letting you find out by making an offer that offends the seller.
Yes. We can point you to lenders and lawyers who actually move quickly, and we stay on the paperwork from the accepted offer through to completion and handover.
No. Your enquiry reaches Demo Properties and nobody else. It is never pooled and never resold.
One conversation, an honest answer, and a shortlist worth your Sunday.
