Demo Estate Agents is a sample firm, shown so you can see the website that comes with the Agency plan. We sell and let homes across Didsbury, Chorlton, Ancoats and Altrincham the slow way: we view every property we list, price it honestly, and show it to the right people rather than to everyone.
Four things we do that a portal listing never will.
A shortlist built from what you actually need, and an honest read on every price.
7Homes available nowPhotography, a page of its own, and the enquiry going straight to the agent handling it.
14 yrsIn this marketWe visit every property we list and name the drawbacks as readily as the selling points.
100%Visited by usWhich block floods, which builder finishes late, what the neighbours paid last year.
5Areas coveredWe saw four houses in one Saturday, grouped by area, and James told us which one to walk away from before we asked. Bought the second. Exchanged in eleven weeks.
Sold my mother’s house in Chorlton in under a fortnight. The listing page had proper photographs and every enquiry came to us the same hour, not through a call centre.
Honest about the drawbacks: the flat we liked in Ancoats had a short lease and they said so at the first viewing. We rented a different one through them and have had no surprises since.
Bought the shop in Heaton Moor as an investment. The leases and the rent schedule were in front of us before we offered. Took a little longer than promised, but nothing was hidden.
An honest price, proper photography and a page of its own for the property, with every enquiry going to the agent handling it.
Tenants referenced before they view, the tenancy drawn up properly, and an inventory signed at handover.
What the market will pay this quarter, evidenced by what has actually sold nearby.
Rent collection, repairs and inspections, with a statement you can actually read.
Plots and new-build homes: what can be built, what is included in the price, and who is building it.
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act, and it is never taken out of a deal you have not agreed. Ask us up front and you will get a straight number.
Usually yes. Tell us which ones and when you are free, and we group the viewings by area so you are not driving back and forth across Manchester.
Often, and we will tell you honestly how much room there is rather than letting you find out by making an offer that offends the seller.
Yes. We can point you to lenders and lawyers who actually move quickly, and we stay on the paperwork from the accepted offer through to completion and handover.
No. Your enquiry reaches Demo Estate Agents and nobody else. It is never pooled and never resold.
