Usually yes. Tell us which ones and when you are free, and we group the viewings by area so you are not driving back and forth across Manchester.
Is the price negotiable?
Often, and we will tell you honestly how much room there is rather than letting you find out by making an offer that offends the seller.
Do you help with the finance and the legal side?
Yes. We can point you to lenders and lawyers who actually move quickly, and we stay on the paperwork from the accepted offer through to completion and handover.
Will my details be shared with other agents?
No. Your enquiry reaches Demo Estate Agents and nobody else. It is never pooled and never resold.
