Do you charge a fee, and when?
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act, and it is never taken out of a deal you have not agreed. Ask us up front and you will get a straight number.
Can I see a property this week?
Usually yes. Tell us which ones and when you are free, and we group the viewings by area so you are not driving back and forth across Chandigarh.
Is the price negotiable?
Often, and we will tell you honestly how much room there is rather than letting you find out by making an offer that offends the seller.
Do you help with the loan and the registry?
Yes. We introduce lenders who actually move quickly, and we stay on the paperwork through stamp duty, registry and handover.
Will my details be shared with other agents?
No. Your enquiry reaches Demo Estates and nobody else. It is never pooled and never resold.
