A sample listing. A freehold three-bedroom on a high floor, facing greenery rather than the road, with a balcony off the living room and one kilometre to two primary schools.
A sample listing. A four-room flat on a high floor with an unblocked view to the waterway, a five-minute walk to the LRT and ninety years left on the lease.
A sample listing. A two-bedroom on the thirtieth floor with the city on one side and the port on the other, sold with a tenancy in place until next June.
A sample listing. A two-storey conservation shophouse with its original tiles and shutters, an airwell in the middle and a rear extension approved in 2019.

We viewed four condos in one afternoon, grouped by district, and Wei Ling told us which one to walk away from before we asked. Bought the second. Completion was on schedule.
Demo Homes is a sample firm, shown so you can see the website that comes with the Agency plan. We sell and lease homes across Bukit Timah, Tiong Bahru, Tanjong Pagar and Punggol the slow way: we view every unit we list, price it against real transactions, and show it to the right buyers rather than to everyone.
Wei Ling has sold and leased homes in Singapore since 2014, from four-room flats in Punggol to condominiums in Bukit Timah. She views every unit before it is advertised, prices it against what the same stack actually transacted at, and tells you the remaining lease before you ask.
Stack by stack: the facing, the floor, what the same layout last sold for, and how much lease is left.
Eligibility and the timeline checked before you view, so the flat you like is one you can actually buy.
The plot, the tenure and what can be rebuilt on it, checked before the first viewing.
Tenants screened before they see the place, agreements drawn properly, and meter readings written down at handover.
Developers, floor plans and what is actually included in the price, compared side by side before you book.
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act, and it is never taken out of a deal you have not agreed. Ask us up front and you will get a straight number.
Usually yes. Tell us which ones and when you are free, and we group the viewings by area so you are not driving back and forth across Singapore.
Often, and we will tell you honestly how much room there is rather than letting you find out by making an offer that offends the seller.
Yes. We can point you to lenders and lawyers who actually move quickly, and we stay on the paperwork from the accepted offer through to completion and handover.
No. Your enquiry reaches Demo Homes and nobody else. It is never pooled and never resold.
