Demo Realty is a sample firm, shown so you can see the website that comes with the Agency plan. We help people buy and sell across Travis Heights, Hyde Park, Mueller and the Hill Country the slow way: we walk every home we list, price it against real closings, and show it to the right buyers rather than to everyone.
Rachel has helped people buy and sell in Austin since 2014, from first condos downtown to family homes in Travis Heights. She walks every house before she lists it, prices it against what actually closed on the street, and tells you what the inspection is likely to find before you write the offer.
A shortlist built from what you actually need, viewings around your week, and an honest read on every price.
Photography, a page of its own for the property, and the enquiry going straight to the agent handling it.
Moving from out of town: the neighbourhoods explained honestly, viewings by video, and one agent from the first call to the keys.
Builders, floor plans and what is actually included in the price, compared side by side before you reserve.
What it yields, what it costs to hold, and what it is likely to be worth when you want out.

No. Your enquiry reaches Demo Realty and nobody else. It is never pooled and never resold.
One conversation, an honest answer, and a shortlist worth your Sunday.
