My Property Pages vs SinglePropertySites
SinglePropertySites (SPS) is one of the longest-running products in the category. It is built around winning the listing: a free account lets an agent prepare a property site to show a seller, and a paid plan switches sites on for the public. It can import listings from an MLS and keep them in sync.

What SinglePropertySites does that we do not
- MLS import with daily synchronisation
- Open-house registration and showing-feedback forms
- Viewing statistics you can send to the seller
- Automatically added school, demographic and walk-score information for US addresses
- Extra pages and multiple documents on each property site
Where the two differ
SPS is the closest of these on price: ten active listings for $49 a month, against a flat plan here that includes ten.
SPS is designed around the American listing appointment, with MLS sync and school and walk-score data. My Property Pages assumes there may be no MLS at all and is billed in local currency in a number of countries.
The two overlap on the seller side. SPS sends viewing statistics to your seller; My Property Pages has an owner report link for the same purpose, and also takes enquiries from owners who want to sell.
Which one to choose
SinglePropertySites
Choose SinglePropertySites if you work from an MLS in the United States and want listings to appear and update by themselves, or if open-house sign-in is part of how you work.
My Property Pages
Choose My Property Pages if you add properties yourself, want the enquiry on WhatsApp, or want one design system across your profile, your listings and an agency website.
Questions
How much does SinglePropertySites cost?
On its pricing page on 11 October 2026: free to set up and present a site privately, then $12 a month for 1 active listing, $19 for 3, $49 for 10 and $97 for 100. Enhanced lead capture is a small extra on the two lowest plans.
Is SinglePropertySites free?
Preparing a property site to show a seller is free. Publishing it so buyers can see it needs a paid plan. My Property Pages publishes a small number of pages on its free plan.
Can My Property Pages import from my MLS?
No. There is no MLS or IDX feed. You add a property yourself or paste a link to an existing portal listing and the importer fills in the form. If automatic MLS sync matters to you, SPS is the better fit.
