Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed — you publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Can I show my matrícula number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
Is there an MLS in Argentina?
No. Zonaprop, Argenprop and Mercado Libre are where buyers search and each agency loads its own listings. There is no shared professional feed for an IDX product to integrate with.
Several agencies market the same property. What makes the difference?
The broker. When the listing is identical everywhere, buyers choose who to deal with based on who answers clearly and who they can verify. Which is what a page with your matrícula, your record and real reviews is for.
Should I show prices in dollars or pesos?
Sale prices are quoted and settled in dollars in practice, and expensas in pesos. Showing both, clearly labelled, is what buyers expect. And being explicit about which currency applies to which figure avoids the most common source of friction.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Argentina is answered by the person who wrote the software.
