A white label real estate platform for brokerages
Your group’s website on your own web address, a page for every broker and every listing, and one lead inbox behind them. Everything carries your name, not ours. We build it, host it and look after it.
The White label plan is sold yearly, with a 12 month minimum (see the price in your currency). It includes 15 broker logins, and bigger groups agree a number of brokers for their account. Setup, which covers your web address, your branding and adding your brokers, is quoted separately.
What your buyers and brokers see
- Your website, on your web address. Your logo and colours. Our name and links are removed from every page.
- A page for every broker, linked from your team page, with their photo, their areas and their own WhatsApp and call buttons.
- A page for every property, on your web address, with photos, price, details and your RERA number.
- Area pages made from your listings. A buyer searching an area where you have properties finds your page. These pages appear and disappear with your listings.
- Tap cards in your design, one for each broker. A tap on a buyer’s phone opens that broker’s page.
How leads reach you
Listings belong to the brokerage. Every enquiry from a property page lands in one lead inbox, and you give it to a broker. Each broker logs in separately and works the leads given to them, plus any that nobody has taken yet. You see all of them, with stages, notes and a date to call back. Buyers get an instant reply, and follow ups go out on WhatsApp from a monthly allowance of messages.
Your data
Everything is kept on our own server, and no other agency on the platform can see your records. Buyer enquiries are encrypted on the server. On the White label plan, your own and your brokers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers and licence numbers are encrypted too. Passwords are stored in a scrambled form that nobody can read, and card payments are handled by Razorpay. You can download your leads at any time, and closing your account deletes them. The system has to read your data to run your dashboard and send replies, so this protects your stored data. It is not encryption that hides your data from the system itself.
Who it is for

Questions
What does white label mean here?
Your brokers and buyers see only your name, logo and web address on the website, the broker pages and the property pages. My Property Pages builds, hosts and looks after the platform in the background.
How many brokers can we add?
The plan includes 15 broker logins. Bigger groups agree the number of brokers for their account. Brokers added during the year are charged for the months left in the term.
Can we pay monthly?
No. The White label plan is sold yearly, with a 12 month minimum, because the setup work for your account is done at the start.
Do enquiries go to the brokerage or to each broker?
Property enquiries land in the brokerage’s lead inbox, and the owner gives each one to a broker. A buyer who finds a broker’s own profile page reaches that broker on their own WhatsApp and phone number.
Who owns the data?
Your group does. You can download your leads at any time. Closing the account removes the account, its pages, broker logins and leads. We only keep the invoices the law asks us to keep.
Are messages to buyers sent in our name?
Instant replies and follow ups are written in your brokerage’s name. WhatsApp messages are currently sent from the platform’s business number. Sending from your own WhatsApp Business number is not available yet.
