CribFlyer builds single property websites with a drag-and-drop editor. It can read a listing link, screenshot or PDF with AI and fill in the property for you, and it offers a floor-plan viewer, printable flyers and optional text-message codes for yard signs. It also sells a separate agent website.

Where the two differ
CribFlyer is the least expensive of the US builders: ten sites for $29 a month. My Property Pages includes ten properties on its Starter plan and has a free plan below that.
CribFlyer's agent website is a separate $12 a month product. Here the agent profile comes with every plan, including the free one, and each property page links back to it.
For an owner selling one home, CribFlyer's $34 one-year credit and our Single Property page are the same idea. Ours is a single payment for 90 days, renewable, with fifteen designs made for owner sales.

Its site offers a 7-day free trial. My Property Pages has a free plan with no time limit.
Does My Property Pages have a floor-plan viewer?
No. You can add floor plans as photographs and label them, but there is no interactive viewer of the kind CribFlyer describes.
