- Wix — Core $29 · Business $39 · Business Elite $159 a month, billed yearly. Wix displayed US dollars to an Indian visitor, "for reference only", and its prices are for yearly subscriptions.
- WordPress.com — Premium ₹280 · Business ₹640 · Commerce ₹1,152 a month (first-year offer, billed yearly); monthly billing ₹420 to ₹2,240. Yearly prices are a first-year special offer, excluding taxes; renewal is higher.
- Squarespace — Core ₹720 · Advanced ₹1,100 a month, billed annually. Designer templates, none of them for property listings.
- Webtales PropertyCRM — Professional ₹900 a user a month — adds the website (listings, search, enquiry form). The website is only in the Professional plan. Its monthly and yearly toggles showed the same price when read, so the billing terms were unclear.
When a general builder is the better choice
If you want a site that looks like nobody else's and you are willing to build it, Wix, WordPress.com and Squarespace give you far more design freedom than any property product. WordPress.com in particular is cheap in rupees in its first year and can be extended almost without limit. The cost is your time: every listing page, enquiry form and WhatsApp button is something you add and keep working.
When a property CRM is the better choice
If you run a team and your main problem is portal leads — calls from MagicBricks, 99acres and Housing landing with five different people — a CRM priced per user, like Webtales PropertyCRM, is built for that. Its website comes with the Professional plan at ₹900 a user a month.
Where My Property Pages fits
It is the short path for an individual agent or a small office: publish a property from your phone, get a page with photos, price, details and a WhatsApp button, and have every enquiry arrive on your phone. Starter is ₹299 a month for 10 properties; Pages (₹599) adds a team and a lead CRM; Agency (₹1,199) adds your own agency website in one of twelve designs on your own domain. What it does not give you is a blank canvas — the layouts are designed for property and you choose between them rather than drawing your own.
Questions
What is the cheapest website for a real estate agent in India?
Of the paid products compared here, My Property Pages Starter at ₹299 a month is the lowest price for a site that already has property pages and an enquiry form. WordPress.com Personal is ₹160 a month in its first year, but the listings, forms and WhatsApp button have to be added with plugins.
Is Wix or WordPress better for a property dealer?
Both are general builders: neither has property listings built in, so you design listing pages and enquiry forms yourself. Wix is easier to start; WordPress.com is cheaper in rupees and more flexible with plugins. Either is a good choice if you want to build and maintain the site yourself.
Do I need a custom domain?
Not to start. A page on a platform address works for WhatsApp and Instagram links. A custom domain matters once you print it on boards and cards or want the brand to rank — Wix, WordPress.com and Squarespace include one free for a year on paid plans; on My Property Pages it is part of the Agency plan.
Which of these sends enquiries to WhatsApp?
My Property Pages puts a WhatsApp button on every property page and sends each enquiry to the agent's phone. Webtales PropertyCRM sends WhatsApp notifications. On Wix, WordPress.com and Squarespace it is an add-on you set up yourself.
