Can I show my PSRA licence number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is €8.99 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Ireland are charged in EUR.
Do Irish estate agents have an MLS?
No. Daft.ie and MyHome.ie occupy that position commercially, with each agency loading its own listings. There is no shared professional feed, so website products built around IDX integration have nothing to connect to.
Can I show my PSRA licence number?
Yes. It sits on your profile and appears on every property page you publish, which is what a vendor checking that you are licensed will look for.
Sold prices are public here. Does that help or hurt?
It helps, if your record stands up. Because the Property Price Register is public, a page that presents your recent sales honestly is making a checkable claim, and checkable claims are far more persuasive than the general statements most agency profiles carry.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Ireland is answered by the person who wrote the software.
