My Property Pages is a lead platform for independent estate agents. Every listing gets its own web page with photos, price, details and a brochure, and every agent gets a profile page carrying their licence number — RERA in India, a state or provincial licence elsewhere. Buyer enquiries go to the agent who published the page and to nobody else: leads are never pooled, shared or resold. Higher plans add a follow-up bot, team logins, a mini CRM with stages and notes, and Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracking. There is no MLS or IDX feed to connect, so agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing. The site also publishes free property calculators that work in any country and currency, plus free document templates. It is built in the Chandigarh Tricity by Gurjeet Singh, who also runs an estate agency, and used by agents in India and abroad.
Story angles that are true
- Built by a working estate agent: the live example on the site is the founder's own agency page, still in use.
- WhatsApp-first lead capture, which is how buyers actually message agents in most of the world.
- The free calculators and document templates carry no email gate and can be embedded on another site by iframe.
Who builds it
Gurjeet Singh builds PropVid and My Property Pages from Mohali, working with the agents who use them. The demo agent on these sites, Singh Properties, is sample data that shows every feature; it is not a real brokerage. Gurjeet also builds CoinPriceAlert and the offline-first Expense Tracker: Income Manager, and answers the support email personally.
