Built for the agent, not the portal
My Property Pages exists because the best agents we know were paying portals to show their own listings next to fifty competitors — and then buying the same enquiry back.
What we do
We give every property its own page and every agent a profile page, and we send the enquiry to the agent — only the agent. Around that we built the things a small team actually needs: a simple CRM, team logins, a follow-up bot and ad tracking, at a price a solo agent can justify.

Who is behind it
We are website developers, based in the Chandigarh Tricity, and the same team behind PropVid, the listing-video and post maker used by real-estate agents. Before writing a line of My Property Pages we sat with more than 100 working agents in India and abroad and collected what they actually struggle with: portals that resell their enquiries, listings that look the same as everyone else's, and leads that go cold because nobody followed up in time. We built the product around that feedback, with those agents testing every release. The example on this site, Singh Properties, is a demo agent with sample listings, so you can try everything before you sign up.
What came out of it: a property page with photos, video and price that goes live in two minutes and is shared as one link; an agent profile page with a QR code and a tap card; enquiries that land on the agent's own WhatsApp, never pooled or resold; a lead CRM with stages, call logging, site-visit booking and reminders; automatic WhatsApp follow-ups with a message log the agent can read; sign-in by WhatsApp code; team logins; an agency website on your own domain; and pricing that follows the agent's country.
Gurjeet Singh builds PropVid and My Property Pages from Mohali, working with the agents who use them. The demo agent on these sites, Singh Properties, is sample data that shows every feature; it is not a real brokerage.
