Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow-up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed — you publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Can I show my BRN?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
Is there an MLS in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?
No central MLS exists in the UAE. Stock sits with the brokerage and is distributed to portals such as Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle individually. That is why website products built around an American IDX feed do not translate. There is no feed for them to consume.
Can my BRN appear on every listing?
Yes. Your BRN sits on your agent profile and is shown on every property page you publish. For an overseas buyer who cannot meet you, a visible broker registration number is often what decides whether they reply at all.
Does this replace Bayut or Property Finder?
No, and it is not meant to. Keep listing where the buyers search. What changes is that the ad, your signature and the QR on a hoarding can point to a page you own, so the enquiry lands on your WhatsApp rather than in a queue shared with other brokerages.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in United Arab Emirates is answered by the person who wrote the software.
