Single property website builders, compared
Seven products, priced on the same basis: what it costs to keep ten properties online for a month, on the cheapest plan each sells that holds ten. Prices are from each provider’s own page, read between 13 September and 11 October 2026, and the criticism of each is quoted from the two comparison articles currently ranking, not written by us.

Luxury Presence is a full agency-brand product and is included for scale. Spiro, which earlier versions of this page listed, is business software for property photographers and publishes no price for a listing site, so it is left out. HDphotohub charges a one-off $15 a property with no monthly fee, so it does not compare on this axis and is left out.

Assessed by reading each product’s own feature pages and the two ranking comparison articles. “Works without an MLS” means a property can be set up without a listing feed: SinglePropertySites and CribFlyer both take manual entry, and the rest are built around or silent on one. If a vendor has shipped one of these since, tell us and the row gets corrected.

The pattern is worth noticing: almost every criticism is about design or price. Nobody is accused of missing a capability, because on capability these products are near-identical. They are the same idea at six price points.
Why the price climbs with your listings
Hosting one more property page costs a provider almost nothing — a few kilobytes and a database row. A price that climbs with your listings is a pricing decision, not a cost being recovered. On Rela, for example, one listing is $29 a month and the plan that holds ten is $119.
The simpler version of that model is one price with a cap: $9.99 a month for ten properties, and you know the bill on the day you sign up.

What is the cheapest single property website builder?
On the cost of keeping ten properties online, My Property Pages is the lowest, then CribFlyer at $29 a month and SinglePropertySites at $49. Placester starts at $59, Rela needs its $119 plan for ten listings, and ListingFlare is $150 flat.
Do I need an MLS or IDX feed?
Only in North America, and only if you want to display other agents’ listings or have yours import by themselves. SinglePropertySites and CribFlyer also let you enter a property by hand; Placester is built around an MLS. Outside the United States and Canada there is usually no MLS to feed from.
Which single property website builder works outside the United States?
My Property Pages is built for it: billing in local currency, licence fields named for the market, and country pages. SinglePropertySites also says it supports other languages, currencies and address formats. The rest are US products and price in dollars.
Which one sends leads to WhatsApp?
None of the six US products mention WhatsApp at all. That matters wherever WhatsApp is how buyers actually make first contact, which is most of Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Is there a free single property website builder?
My Property Pages is free for 2 properties with no card. SinglePropertySites has a free account for preparing a listing presentation, but putting a site online needs a paid plan. CribFlyer, Rela and ListingFlare offer free trials of 7 to 14 days.
