My Property Pages vs Placester
Placester builds complete real estate websites for agents, teams and brokerages, with MLS and IDX search, a CRM with email, live chat and a mobile app. It is a different kind of product from a single property page: the website is the agent's whole online presence, and listings come in from the MLS.

What Placester does that we do not
- MLS and IDX property search on your own site
- A CRM with email marketing
- Live chat
- An AI website builder and content assistant
- Team and brokerage plans with agent management
Where the two differ
Placester gives buyers a searchable site of every listing in your MLS. My Property Pages shows only your own properties, one page each, with nothing else to wander off to.
Placester starts at $59 a month. My Property Pages starts free, and the Agency plan, which adds a website for the firm on your own domain, is $39.99 a month in the United States.
Placester needs an MLS to be at its best, which means the United States and Canada. My Property Pages is built for markets where no shared listing database exists.
Which one to choose

My Property Pages
Choose My Property Pages if you want a page per property to send people to from ads, WhatsApp and Instagram, without a full website to build and maintain.
Questions
How much does Placester cost?
On its pricing page on 11 October 2026: plans for agents start at $59 a month (Agent Essential), then $79 and $129, with 20% off for annual billing and a 14-day free trial.
Is My Property Pages an IDX website?
No. It has no MLS or IDX feed and does not show other agents' listings. It makes a page for each of your own properties, an agent profile, and on the Agency plan a website for the firm.
Can I use both?
Yes. Some agents keep an IDX website for search and send paid traffic to a single property page, because a page with one property and one contact button gives a visitor from an advert less to get lost in.
