Partner programme terms
Last updated: 17 October 2026. By applying you agree to these terms. We may update them; changes apply to commissions on payments made after the change, and we will tell active partners by email.
1. Who can join
Anyone with a website, channel or community that is relevant to estate agents or property professionals. We approve partners individually and may decline or end a partnership at any time, for instance if a site is unrelated, misleading or contains unlawful content. Ending a partnership does not cancel commission already earned on genuine customers.
2. Your link and tracking
Approved partners get a code. A link to any page of mypropertypages.com with ?ref=code sets a first-party cookie for 90 days. If an account is created in that browser, we attribute it to the partner whose link was clicked last. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser accepting cookies; we cannot credit sign-ups we cannot attribute, and our records decide.
3. Commission
You earn 10% (or a different rate agreed in writing) of the amount a referred customer pays us for a subscription plan or a Single Property page, on every payment made within 12 months of that customer's first payment. The amount is what the customer is charged by us, before our payment-processing costs. We do not pay commission on WhatsApp credit packs, ads credits or tap cards, on free accounts, or on payments that are refunded, reversed or charged back.
4. When you are paid
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment. We pay monthly, by UPI or bank transfer in India and by PayPal or bank transfer elsewhere, once your payable balance reaches the equivalent of ₹1,000 (about US$12); smaller balances roll over. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. We may need your tax or bank details before paying.
5. Refunds
Customers may ask for a refund within 7 days of their first purchase. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the commission on it is cancelled, and if it has already been paid to you we may deduct it from your next payout.
6. Conduct
- Disclose clearly that you may earn a commission, as the advertising rules in your country require.
- Describe the product accurately, and do not claim features it does not have.
- No self-referrals: commission is not paid on an account that uses your own email address, or that we reasonably believe belongs to you or someone acting for you.
- No bidding on "My Property Pages" or close variations in paid search, no cookie stuffing, no forced or hidden clicks, no spam, and no software that replaces other partners' links.
- Do not use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you, beyond a plain statement that you recommend us.
7. Your data and your readers' data
The dashboard shows each referral as an anonymous reference and a status, never a customer's name or email. We use your application details only to run the programme.
8. Liability
The programme is provided as it is. We do not guarantee any volume of referrals or income. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission that is due and unpaid.
