Lead management for real estate agents and teams
Every enquiry from your property pages, in one place. Answered straight away, owned by one person, and given a date to call back, so the leads you already paid for are not wasted.
Every page you publish sends enquiries to one lead inbox. The buyer gets an instant reply. You give the lead to an agent, move it through six stages from new to won or lost, add notes and set a date to call back. Team members see their own leads and the ones nobody has taken yet. The owner sees everything.
Where leads get lost, and how to fix it
- Nobody replies fast enough. An instant reply goes to the buyer the moment they ask, so they hear from you before the next agent.
- Nobody owns the lead. Give each enquiry to one person. Leads nobody has taken yet stay visible, so someone free can pick them up.
- The lead goes quiet after one call. Every open lead gets a date to call back and a note, and it comes back when the date arrives.
- An agent leaves. Leads stay in the agency’s inbox, not on a personal phone. Remove the login and give the open leads to someone else.
Six stages, no more
New, contacted, site visit, negotiation, won and lost. That is enough to see everything at a glance, and few enough that nobody argues about which stage a lead is in.

Questions
Is this a full CRM?
It is a lead inbox made for property enquiries, with stages, owners, notes and dates to call back for every lead from your pages. It does not replace accounting software or a developer’s sales system.
Can I add leads that did not come from a page?
Yes. You can add walk ins and phone enquiries by hand, so every buyer is in the same list.
Can I download my leads?
Yes, as a spreadsheet, at any time.
Do team members see each other’s leads?
No. Each team member sees the leads given to them and the ones nobody has taken yet. The owner sees every lead.
Which plan do I need for a team?
Team logins start on the Pages plan, with 3. The Agency plan includes 5, and the White label plan includes 15, with more by agreement.
