Delete your account and data
Remove your account, pages and leads yourself, without writing to anyone.
In the app
Open Account (the last tab), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.
On the web
Sign in to the dashboard, open Profile & settings and choose Delete account.
What is removed
Your account, profile, property pages, agency website, team logins and every lead are removed straight away. Invoices the law requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period.
Good to know
- If you bought a subscription in an app store, cancel it there as well; deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Only want one property or one lead gone? Delete just that from its own menu.
