Answer every new enquiry the moment it arrives and follow up without remembering to.

Verify your WhatsApp number first
Automatic messages need a verified number. If you have not done it, open Profile & settings and press Verify on WhatsApp.
Open WhatsApp & automations
In the menu, under Grow, open WhatsApp & automations.
Switch on the instant reply
Turn on the reply that answers every new enquiry as it arrives. Choose the wording and press Save reply settings.
Switch on follow-ups
Turn on the follow-ups you want. They continue until you mark the lead contacted or move it past New.
Check your credits
Each automatic message uses credits. Paid plans include a monthly allowance; you can buy a pack on the same screen. A dot on the menu item means you have run out.
Pause it for one lead
On any lead, open the menu and choose to pause auto follow-ups if you are already talking to that buyer.
Good to know
- Buyers can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the Stop link in an email.
- WhatsApp templates are approved by Meta in advance; the buyer’s name and the property are filled in for each lead.
