Add a property

Publish a property page with photos, price, details and its own link.

1. Open Properties and press Add property

   In the menu open Properties, then press Add property. If it is your first, the button reads Add your first property.

2. Fill in the basics

   Under Basics, choose the property type and whether it is for sale or rent, then enter the Price and the size.

3. Set the location

   Under Location, enter the address or area. Buyers search by area, so name the locality as people say it.

4. Write the title and description

   Fill in Title buyers see and the Description. Write it for me drafts a description from the details you have entered; read it and correct anything that is wrong.

5. Add photos and a video

   Under Photos & video, upload your photos. The first one is the cover. A video is optional.

6. Add details and amenities

   Fill in Details (bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing and so on), tick the Amenities, and use + Add a place nearby for schools, stations or markets.

7. Attach a brochure (optional)

   Under Brochure, upload a PDF if you have one. Buyers can open it from the page.

8. Choose a page design

   Under Page design, pick how the page looks. The basic design is free; the premium designs come with a paid plan.

9. Press Publish page

   Press Publish page. The page is live straight away with its own link. If you left the price empty you are asked to confirm, because pages with a price get more enquiries.
