Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed. You publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Can I show my registration or membership number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field: RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere. It appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
Is there an MLS in Bangladesh?
No. Bproperty and Bikroy carry agent- and owner-entered listings, and much of the market moves through personal networks. There is no professional feed for an IDX-style product to integrate with.
Buyers here are cautious about agents. Does a page help?
That is its main use. A page with real photographs, a working number, your details and reviews from previous clients is checkable in a way that a classifieds listing is not, and being checkable is what moves a cautious buyer to reply.
Will it load on a slow connection?
The pages are built to open quickly on a phone rather than as a desktop website, which matters more in markets where a lot of browsing happens on mobile data. A link beats sending a set of large photographs on every measure that counts here.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Bangladesh is answered by the person who wrote the software.
