Can I show my CRECI number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is R$30 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Brazil are charged in BRL.
Is there an MLS in Brazil?
No. ZAP Imóveis, VivaReal and OLX are where buyers search, with agencies loading their own stock. There is no shared professional feed, so a website product built around IDX has nothing to integrate with.
Must my CRECI number appear on advertising?
CRECI registration is required to practise in Brazil and the number is expected on advertising material. It sits on your profile here and appears on every property page you publish, so it is not something to remember for each listing.
Buyers message several agents at once. What wins?
Speed and credibility in the first exchange. The page opens WhatsApp with the property already in the message, so you are answering a specific question rather than starting cold. And your CRECI, your reviews and your record are already visible before you reply.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Brazil is answered by the person who wrote the software.
