What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is $5.99 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Chile are charged in USD.
Can I get a property landing page for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.
Is there an MLS in Chile?
No. Portalinmobiliario and Yapo carry listings from agencies and owners alike, and there is no shared professional feed. An IDX-based website product has nothing to integrate with here.
Prices here are in UF. How should a listing handle that?
Quote the UF figure, since that is what the market works in, and keep any peso equivalent current rather than letting it go stale. Because the page is edited from your phone, updating it is a few seconds rather than a reprint.
No licence is required here. Does a page help?
It is most of what you have. Where anyone may operate, a buyer judges you on what they can verify. Your company details, your completed transactions and genuine reviews from previous clients. And a page in your own name is where those live.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Chile is answered by the person who wrote the software.
