Facebook and Instagram ads for real estate agents, run for you
Pick a property. We make the banners from your photos, choose who should see them and run the ad from your own Facebook ad account. You watch the enquiries come in. You pay Facebook directly, and we take no commission.
You connect your Facebook once. After that an ad is three steps: choose the property, check the banners and audience we suggest, and press Start. Facebook charges your own payment method for what you spend, up to the budget you set, and we take 0% commission on it. A free account can make 3 ads a month and an account on a paid plan 20. Video slideshows and carousels are available as extras.
Ads are opening to agents in stages. Start free, add your property, and a Promote ads button appears in your dashboard the day your account is ready. We tell you in the dashboard.
What you do
New to Facebook ads, with no Page or ad account yet? Follow the step by step guide.
- Connect Facebook, once. Choose the Facebook Page your ads run as and the ad account that pays for them. We never see your Facebook password and we cannot move your money.
- Choose a property. Any live property on your account. The photos, price, place, size and bedrooms are already there.
- Check what we suggest. Banners, who should see them, how far from the property, a daily budget and how many days. Change anything, or leave it.
- Press Start. Every ad is made paused and only spends once you start it. It stops by itself on the last day.
The only thing you do on Facebook is add funds to your ad account.
What we do for you
- The banners. 14 designs drawn from your listing, including a photo slideshow video and a carousel people swipe through. See what they look like.
- The audience. Three starting points, Recommended, Nearby only and Wider reach, chosen from the kind of property and its price, each with the reasons written out. They are starting points, not promises.
- The area. A circle around the property from 2 to 50 km, drawn on a map so you can see it before you start. You can change it later, even while the ad runs.
- Autopilot. Every few hours it looks after your running ads. It stops the ad when the property is sold, rented or hidden, switches off a banner Facebook refuses or one that clearly gets far fewer clicks, and tells you when an ad finishes or Facebook cannot take payment. It never raises a budget and never starts anything.
- The results. Spend, people who opened your page, enquiries and the cost of each enquiry, for every promotion and every banner. Facebook reports the spend and the clicks. The enquiries are counted on your own property pages, so they are the ones that really reached you.
What it costs
There are two separate costs, and only the first is large. The ad spend goes straight to Facebook from your ad account, up to the daily budget and number of days you choose. What we charge is the plan you are on, and the video and carousel packs if you use them. The full breakdown, in your currency.
Works anywhere Facebook ads work
Ad accounts in 25 currencies are supported, including dollars, pounds, euros, rupees and dirhams. Budgets are in the currency of your ad account. In the United States and Canada, Facebook treats property ads as housing ads, with its own limits on how they can be aimed. We declare the category for you and keep to those limits.
Where the enquiries go
The ad opens the property's own page, with the photos, the price, the map and a WhatsApp button. Every enquiry from it lands in your lead inbox, marked with the ad and the banner that brought it, and the buyer gets an instant reply. How the lead inbox works.
What it does not do
It does not promise results. Facebook decides who sees an ad and what a click costs, and a property priced out of its market will not be rescued by an ad. It does not run Google Search or YouTube ads yet. Instagram runs together with Facebook from the same ad.

Questions
Do I need a Facebook Page and an ad account?
Yes, both. Ads run as your Facebook Page and are paid for from your Facebook ad account. Making either is free, and we point you to Facebook to do it. You also need a way to pay on the ad account: a card, UPI or prepaid funds, depending on your country.
Does My Property Pages take a commission on my ad spend?
No. Facebook charges you directly and we take 0% of it. We charge for plans, and for the video and carousel packs, not for what you spend on ads.
How much do I have to spend?
You choose a daily budget and a number of days. There is a smallest and a largest daily budget, written in your own currency on the cost page. Nothing is charged until you press Start, and the ad stops by itself on the last day.
Can I run ads for a property that is not on My Property Pages?
The ad is made from a property on your account, because it sends buyers to that property’s page. Adding one takes a few minutes, and you can paste a link from a portal to fill the form.
What if Facebook rejects an ad?
Facebook checks every new ad, usually within a few hours. If it refuses a banner, Autopilot switches it off and tells you, and the others keep running.
Does it work outside India?
Yes. It works with ad accounts in 25 currencies, and the budgets, prices and wording follow your country. In the United States and Canada, housing ads have extra limits from Facebook, which we apply.
Can I stop an ad?
Any time, from the same screen. You can pause it, change the budget or the area, or stop it for good. Switching off a single banner leaves the others running.
Is it available to me today?
We are opening it to agents in stages while Facebook approves our app. Sign up and add a property, and the button appears in your dashboard the day your account is ready.
