Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed. You publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Can I show my carte professionnelle number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field: RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere. It appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
Is there an MLS in France?
No. SeLoger, Leboncoin and Bien’ici are where buyers search and agencies load their own listings; sharing between agencies happens through private networks. An IDX-based website product has nothing to integrate with.
How does a page help me win an exclusive mandate?
A mandat exclusif is granted on trust in the individual, not on portal reach. Every agency has the same portals. A page carrying your carte professionnelle, your sector, your recent sales and what previous vendors said is the argument for exclusivity in a form the vendor can check.
Can I show the loi Carrez surface and DPE?
Yes. Property details are yours to set, so the Carrez surface, the DPE rating and the co-ownership charges can all be stated on the page, which is what a serious French buyer looks for first.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in France is answered by the person who wrote the software.
