What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is £7.49 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in the United Kingdom are charged in GBP.
Can I get a property landing page for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.
Do UK estate agents have an MLS?
No. There is no MLS in the UK; the portals fill that role commercially, and access to them is sold as a branch subscription. Website products built around an American IDX feed have nothing to plug into here, which is why their core feature is irrelevant to a UK agent.
What happens to my listings if I change agency?
On a portal, the listing history and the reviews belong to the branch subscription and stay behind. A page in your own name, on your own domain, moves with you. Which is the main reason self-employed and personal-brand agents set one up.
Can I show my redress scheme membership number?
Yes. It is a field on your profile and appears on every property page you publish, alongside your name and contact details, where a vendor checking you out will see it.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in United Kingdom is answered by the person who wrote the software.
