Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed — you publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Can I show my P4 business licence number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
Is there an MLS in Indonesia?
No. Rumah123, Lamudi and OLX carry agent-entered listings and much of the market moves through WhatsApp co-broking groups. Website products sold on IDX or MLS integration have nothing to connect to.
My listings get forwarded between agents. Does that work here?
That is the normal path, and it is what the page is built for. The link opens the same way for whoever receives it, with your name, your number and the property intact, rather than arriving as a set of detached photographs.
Can I show the certificate type on a listing?
Yes. The property details are yours to set, so SHM, HGB or strata title can be stated on the page along with land and building area. Which removes the most common early question.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Indonesia is answered by the person who wrote the software.
