Can I get a property landing page for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.
Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow-up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed — you publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Do I need an MLS or IDX feed for a real estate website in India?
No, and there is nothing to connect one to. India has no MLS, so every listing you publish is one you enter yourself. Products built for the American market treat the IDX feed as the core feature, which is why they tend not to fit here. You end up paying for plumbing to a system that does not exist in your market.
Will my RERA number show on the page?
Yes. Your RERA registration is a field on your agent profile and it appears on every property page you publish, which is where buyers look for it. It is the quickest signal that separates a registered agent from someone with a phone and a listing.
Can I keep listing on 99acres and MagicBricks as well?
Yes, and most agents should. The portals are where a lot of buyers still start. The difference is that the portal ad, your Instagram bio and the QR code on a board can all point at a page that belongs to you, so the enquiry arrives on your WhatsApp instead of being distributed.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in India is answered by the person who wrote the software.
