What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is $5.99 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Nigeria are charged in USD.
Can I get a property landing page for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.
Is there an MLS for Nigerian estate agents?
No. PropertyPro.ng and Nigeria Property Centre carry listings that agents enter themselves, and much of the market runs through WhatsApp and referrals. International website products sold around IDX or MLS integration have nothing to connect to.
How does a page help when buyers are suspicious of agents?
By being checkable. A page in your own name with real photographs, a working number, your registration or association details and reviews from clients answers the screening question directly, which a portal listing does not.
Do enquiries come to my WhatsApp?
Yes. The button on your page opens WhatsApp with the property already in the message, and it goes to your number only. Enquiries are never pooled, shared with other agents or resold.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Nigeria is answered by the person who wrote the software.
