Can I show my NVM or VastgoedCert number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is €8.99 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in the Netherlands are charged in EUR.
Does the Netherlands have an MLS?
Closer than most markets. Funda is effectively where the entire country searches and access is through the broker associations, so it functions as a gatekeeper rather than an open feed. That is precisely why an independent page in your own name matters. You cannot rely on the portal to represent you as an individual.
What does a page add if every buyer is already on Funda?
Buyers are on Funda; sellers are choosing a makelaar. That decision is made on who you are, what you charge and what previous clients say, none of which a Funda listing is designed to show. A page in your own name is aimed at the seller, not the buyer.
Can I show my NVM or VBO registration?
Yes. It is a profile field and appears on every property page you publish, alongside your name and contact details.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Netherlands is answered by the person who wrote the software.
