LEAD PAGES FOR REAL-ESTATE AGENTS

One page per listing. Every lead on your phone.

Give each property its own single property page and every agent a profile, then use one link in your Instagram ads, Click-to-WhatsApp ads and bio. Buyers tap once and the enquiry lands on your phone — not in a portal's inbox beside fifty other listings. Free for 2 properties, no coding, live in minutes.

What a single property website is

A single property website is a page built for one listing — photos, price, details, a PDF brochure and one button to reach the agent — shared as a single link instead of a portal listing. The enquiry goes to the agent who published the page, not to every agent advertising the same building.

Put that link in a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, a Meta lead ad, your Instagram bio, or a QR code on the signboard. The page carries your licence number, a video walkthrough, and a Sold or Rented badge once it goes — which stays up as proof for the next seller. Every enquiry gets an instant reply while you're at a viewing, and lands in your inbox with the page it came from. If you're deciding between lead ads and a landing page, or which ad creative to run at it, those two guides are where to start.

Everything a lead page needs

Ad-ready

Fast, mobile-first pages with share previews — made for Instagram and Facebook traffic. Buyers can run the affordability check before they message you.

Videos & posts included

Made with PropVid — 700+ templates to market the same listing on social.

Property pages

Gallery, lightbox, details grid, amenities checklist, PDF brochure, YouTube or MP4 video. Attach the seller property information form so the buyer arrives with their questions answered.

ONE AGENT, ONE INBOX

New Zealand: the enquiry belongs to the agent who earned it.

An enquiry from your page reaches you on text message and nowhere else. It is not shared with other agents, and it is not sold back to you as a lead — which is the part Trade Me Property and realestate.co.nz work differently.

  • No third-party ad trackers on your pages. Your buyers are not profiled for anyone else.
  • Delete a lead, or close your account, any time — it is gone from our servers and pages.
  • Every page and every enquiry travels over encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3).
  • Your REA licence number sits on the page itself, so a buyer in New Zealand can check you before they message.

New Zealand, explained

Running a real estate website in New Zealand

Most agent website products were built for the United States, around an MLS feed. Here is what actually matters in New Zealand.

01

How listings reach buyers

New Zealand has no MLS. Trade Me Property is where the country looks first, with realestate.co.nz alongside it, and listings are loaded by the agency rather than drawn from a shared professional feed.

Listing fees are commonly passed to the vendor as part of a marketing budget, which makes every portal upgrade a conversation with the seller rather than a line in your own overheads.

02

How buyers get in touch

Buyers search Trade Me on a phone and then call or text; there is no culture of filling in a form and waiting.

Vendors research the salesperson before a listing presentation, and an REA licence number that is easy to find is part of what they are checking.

03

What portals really cost

Because marketing spend is usually the vendor’s, a portal upgrade you cannot justify is a conversation you have to win before you have sold anything.

A page of your own costs the same on every campaign and belongs to you rather than to the campaign.

04

How area is quoted

Floor area is quoted in square metres and land area in square metres, with prices in New Zealand dollars.

A LIM report and the rating valuation are standard early requests, and saying openly which are available saves the first three emails.

Single property website vs portal vs link-in-bio

A portal is a marketplace: a buyer in New Zealand opens Trade Me Property to compare dozens of listings, and the enquiry they send is routed to whichever agents are paying for it that day. A page of your own inverts that — one property, one agent, and the text message message comes to you.

1
Nothing competes with you Your page carries one property and one agent. No “similar listings” strip pulling the buyer somewhere else.
2
A flat price, not per lead You pay for the plan. A busy month costs exactly what a quiet one costs, however many enquiries land.

Portals reach buyers we don’t — that is what they are for, and most agents should keep using one. The difference is what happens after a buyer finds you: a portal sells that moment to whoever is paying, and your page hands it to you.

Questions agents ask before they sign up

How much does it cost to build a real estate website?

Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is NZ$17.99 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in New Zealand are charged in NZD.

Can I get a property landing page for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.

Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?

In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow-up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.

Do New Zealand agents have an MLS?

No. Trade Me Property and realestate.co.nz are where buyers search, and each agency loads its own listings. There is no shared professional feed, so a website product built around an American IDX integration has nothing to connect to here.

Can my REA licence number be shown?

Yes. It sits on your profile and appears on every property page you publish, which is where a vendor comparing salespeople will look for it.

Does this replace a Trade Me listing?

No. Keep listing where the buyers are. What changes is that your campaign, your signboard and your social posts can point at a page you own, so the enquiry reaches you directly and the page outlives the campaign.

Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in New Zealand is answered by the person who wrote the software. More about who builds this →
