Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow-up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed — you publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Can I show my PRC licence number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
Is there an MLS in the Philippines?
No. Lamudi, Dot Property and Carousell carry agent-entered listings, and a great deal of activity happens on Facebook. Website products built around an American IDX feed have nothing to connect to in this market.
Does it work well when shared on Facebook?
That is the main use here. The page is built to open quickly on a phone from a Messenger or group link, with the photographs, the price and a contact button visible without scrolling, so a buyer who tapped from a Facebook post does not bounce.
Can I show my PRC licence number?
Yes. Your PRC licence sits on your profile and appears on every property page you publish, which matters in a market where licensed brokers compete for attention with a lot of unlicensed sellers.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Philippines is answered by the person who wrote the software.
