Can I show my CEA registration number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is S$12.99 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Singapore are charged in SGD.
Is there an MLS in Singapore?
No. PropertyGuru, 99.co and EdgeProp occupy that role commercially, with listings published by salespersons through their agency. Products built around an American IDX feed have nothing to connect to.
Will my CEA registration number appear automatically?
Yes. It sits on your profile and is shown on every property page you publish. Given that CEA rules require your registration number on marketing material, having it applied automatically to every page removes a step you would otherwise have to remember.
Buyers here already research everything. What does a page add?
Specificity about the unit you are actually selling. Public data tells a buyer about the project; it does not tell them about this unit’s facing, condition, tenancy or remaining lease. A page that answers those clearly is what turns a well-informed browser into a WhatsApp message.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Singapore is answered by the person who wrote the software.
