How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is ฿199 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Thailand are charged in THB.
Can I get a property landing page for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.
Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow-up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Is there an MLS in Thailand?
No. DDproperty, Hipflat and FazWaz are the main portals and each listing is entered by the agent, with a lot of informal co-broking alongside. An IDX-based website product has nothing to integrate with here.
Most of my buyers are overseas. Does that change what the page needs?
It raises the bar on trust and on speed. An overseas buyer cannot meet you, so the page has to establish who you are and load quickly over a long-distance connection, and it should answer the ownership question directly rather than making them ask.
Can the page open a LINE conversation?
The contact button is configurable, so domestic buyers can be sent to LINE while overseas enquiries come by WhatsApp or the enquiry form. The point is that first contact happens where the buyer already is.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Thailand is answered by the person who wrote the software.
