Can I show my yetki belgesi number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is ₺299 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Turkey are charged in TRY.
Is there an MLS in Turkey?
No. Sahibinden, Hepsiemlak and Emlakjet carry listings from both agencies and private owners, and there is no shared professional feed. An IDX-based website product has nothing to integrate with.
I compete with owner listings on Sahibinden. How does a page help?
It is where you show what a private seller cannot: your yetki belgesi, your company, your completed transactions and your client reviews. On the portal you appear in the same format as an owner; on your own page the difference is visible.
Should I quote brüt or net area?
Say which one you are quoting. Both circulate for the same property, and a buyer who discovers later that the figure was brüt when they assumed net will treat it as a deliberate impression. Stating it plainly on the page avoids that entirely.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Turkey is answered by the person who wrote the software.
