Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow-up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Does it need an MLS or IDX feed?
No. This is not a listing feed — you publish your own properties, so there is nothing to connect. Agents in the US and Canada run it alongside their MLS listing: the MLS reaches other agents, the property page is what goes in your ads and bio and sends the buyer to you.
Can I show my practising certificate number?
Yes. The profile has a licence field — RERA in India, your state or provincial licence elsewhere — and it appears on every property page you publish. Buyers who check before they call can check.
Is there an MLS in Vietnam?
No. Batdongsan.com.vn and Chotot carry agent- and owner-entered listings, and much of the market runs on agency networks and referrals. There is no shared professional feed for a website product to integrate with.
Buyers here contact me on Zalo. Is that supported?
Yes. The contact button on your page is configurable, so it can open Zalo directly with the property already in the message rather than pushing a buyer into an email form they will not fill in.
Can I state legal status on the listing?
Yes, and you should. Whether a property holds a pink book, and what a foreign buyer is permitted to purchase in that development, are the first questions a serious buyer asks. Answering them on the page removes a round of messages.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Vietnam is answered by the person who wrote the software.
