What is a single property website?
A page for one listing, with its own link, that you share instead of a portal listing. It carries the photos, price, details and brochure, and a button that reaches you and only you. Agents use one per property, all listed on their profile page.
How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is R100 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in South Africa are charged in ZAR.
Can I get a property landing page for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.
Does South Africa have an MLS?
No. Property24 and Private Property are where buyers search, and agencies load listings to each individually. There is no shared feed, so a website product built around an IDX integration has nothing to connect to here.
Can I display my PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate number?
Yes. It is a profile field and appears on every property page you publish. In a market where a valid FFC is what makes your commission claimable, putting the number where sellers can see it is a straightforward trust signal.
Is this useful if I work on open mandates?
That is precisely where it helps. When several agencies market the same property, the differentiator is the agent rather than the listing. And a page with your name, your FFC number and your own sold record is what a seller weighs before granting a sole mandate.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in South Africa is answered by the person who wrote the software.
